Enda McDonagh is leading the first-ever modular housing projects for the City of Toronto. He joined Montgomery Sisam ten years ago with an impressive pedigree of work abroad, including projects in Ireland, Australia and the US. He has since helped guide a number of complex, often pioneering projects in mental health, formative education, higher education and supportive housing. Enda is a certified Passive House Consultant and demonstrates a remarkable breadth and depth of expertise through every project phase. His willingness to share his knowledge and champion others in their development is admirable.
Neda Basharat has been instrumental to Montgomery Sisam’s work in the vulnerable sector for more than six years. Both a capable designer and project manager, Neda has helmed many challenging, fast-paced projects through the hurdles of development. Her clients value her impeccable management of project delivery, and the firm benefits from her wide-ranging expertise. She is a ready advocate of social, economic and environmentally sustainable architecture in even the most constrained projects. Neda is also a founding member of Montgomery Sisam’s committee for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, working to create safe spaces for staff to connect, learn and grow.
Shannon Wiley has been an integral member of Montgomery Sisam for more than ten years, helping expand the firm’s experience and expertise in the public, private and higher education sectors. Her visionary spirit grounded with a sensible approach has been central to the success of the multi-award-winning University of Toronto Center for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Shannon exemplifies Montgomery Sisam’s core values in every aspect of her work. Her clear, detail-oriented, hands-on approach produces solutions of the highest caliber that elevate both the quality of design and quality of the human experience.
