Danny Shaddick is deeply committed to his work, while remaining affable and gregarious. He regularly demonstrates strength of character and conviction, championing new ideas and approaches for the benefit of our clients and their projects. His attention to detail and creative problem-solving have benefited celebrated projects such as the Carleton University ARISE building and the Massey College redevelopment.
Esther Cheng is an enthusiastic and engaging individual with a strong aptitude for client-centered design. A former Occupational Therapist, she has become an integral member of a broad range of projects with complex client needs, bringing an uncompromising work ethic and commitment to user’s needs and wellbeing. She recently achieved her WELL certification.
Adam Ramage is a humble, hard-working individual with uncanny knowledge well beyond his years. He readily assumes even the most challenging of tasks with grace. He is well respected within his project team and admired by our clients for his diligence and dependability. He has been instrumental on the practice’s ongoing collaboration with the City of Toronto’s long-term care homes.
Helena Mouton brings to every project her quiet confidence and great design sensibility. She is a trusted collaborator on many high-stakes projects – capable, composed and responsive whatever the circumstances at hand. She has been an integral team member on notable works such as the Innis College Redevelopment and Fredericton Justice Building.
Janouque LeRiche is a thoughtful, creative, gifted architect, adept at managing the many demands and deadlines of a project without fail. She brings versatility in practice, a collaborative spirit, remarkable organization, excellent communication skills and strong client focus to every undertaking. She has assumed a major role on some of the firm’s most complex long-term care projects.
Sharon Birnbaum has a keen sense of awareness and innate understanding of people, industry and our goals as a firm. It is these qualities, and her willingness to confront any challenge given that have made her not only an invaluable member but a leader in our marketing and business development team. She engages in a wide variety of initiatives within the firm, bringing a creative and innovative perspective.
Frances Sabatini makes easy even the most demanding work we do, while bringing an engaging and thoughtful disposition. She is incredibly reliable, responsible and industrious, and her vast and varied technical expertise has been essential to the delivery of several high-profile projects. She has been integral on some of the firm’s most innovative work, such as the Peel Manor Seniors Health and Wellness Village.
Robert D’Errico, appointed to Senior Associate, returns to Montgomery Sisam after several years working for major contractors and clients. He has an incredible depth of knowledge and expertise in construction, and his impact on our work has been almost immediate, helping guide many of our most challenging projects to fruition. He has recently completed the remarkably complex Sheridan College HMC Phase 2A.
