Robert first joined Montgomery Sisam in 2005. In 2009, after more than 25 years performing contract administration for architectural firms, Robert began working in project management on the contractor side and then on the client side. He returned to Montgomery Sisam in 2021.
Robert has accrued nearly 40 years experience in project bidding and building phases. He is exceptionally versatile, fluent in all aspects of construction and working across all contract types. He is also proficient in budget, schedule and risk management, and in the effective coordination of clients, consultants, site personnel and subtrades. And he is often called on for his expertise in sustainable building practices to monitor and manage LEED related activities on site. Of note, his impressive body of work includes several high profile P3 projects.
Robert’s experience with Montgomery Sisam is wide ranging, lending his knowledge and expertise to projects in the healthcare, seniors supportive housing and education sectors. He has often been called on for technical support and constructability analyses in addition to his contract administration services. He has also served as a mentor and advisor on these and other subjects, including site workmanship, quality standards, contract compliance and issue resolution.
Robert is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual. Regardless of scope or scale, he is committed to achieving quality, compliant construction.
