Greenway Retirement Village is a premier seniors’ community in downtown Brampton owned and operated by Revera. Beginning as a master planning exercise, the project is unique in its integrated, continuum of living options that respond to residents’ needs wherever they are in the spectrum of care and support aging in place as their needs evolve.

The Village includes in its composition a 5-storey, 222-unit mid-rise building, 20 townhomes along with a wide variety of shared amenity spaces, including a restaurant-style dining room, piano lounge, bar, movie theatre, games room, beauty salon, spa, exercise room and wellness centre. One and two-bedroom suites are designed to accommodate both independent and assisted living code and classification requirements and are complemented by a selection of designated suites for memory care, convalescent care and respite stays. Strategically situated on along the street, the townhomes serve as intermediary between the mid-rise residence and surrounding low-rise residential neighbourhood.

Quality of life was a key driver in the design. The building is imbued with the comfort and familiarity of a traditional home setting with warm materials, abundant natural light and a delicate balance between privacy and community.
