Maxwell Mae-Ng

Maxwell joined Montgomery Sisam in 2021 with over 15 years of professional experience and an exceptionally diverse body of work, including retail and office repositioning, university buildings, market and seniors housing, as well as private and academic lab facilities. Maxwell has served as a project architect for several years through all phases of development. He brings to our practice a unique complement of education and expertise.
Maxwell excels at building strong relationships with his client, consultants and peers, and working with people of diverse backgrounds. He adapts quickly to the different demands of a project and is able to make thoughtful, timely decisions to maintain project momentum. Maxwell is currently assisting on our Amica Seniors Lifestyle projects. He consistently demonstrates dedication and intentionality in his work.
Maxwell believes strongly in the merits of collaboration and aspires to practicing public-interest design, also known as co-design or participatory design. He writes and speaks regularly on the intersection of architecture and public policy. And he is an impassioned advocate for equity legislation in race, gender and placemaking.
Maxwell is a certified and licenced architect in Ontario.
