Osamah Al-Janabi
B.Sc. Arch., OAA
Osamah joined Montgomery Sisam in 2021 with over 20 years of experience, working in the design and construction industry both in Canada and abroad. His portfolio includes many different building typologies with a focus, in these last five years, on larger scale P3 projects for major public institutions. He is practiced in both production and project management through all phases of development, from design, detailing and construction drawing through contract administration.
With remarkable depth of experience and excellent industry knowledge, Osamah has since joined Montgomery Sisam’s Extendicare team, working within strict budget and time constraints to deliver two new long-term care homes in Ontario. His excellent understanding of building systems, building assemblies and construction technology have been of great benefit to the design response.
Osamah believes in building design that informs the health and wellbeing of occupants. Architecture is the way people interact and communicate with space — internal or external. Well designed spaces positively shape the well being of people within.
