Jason Lam

B.Arch. Sci.

Jason joined Montgomery Sisam in 2016 experienced in the latter phases of project development, with specific knowledge and expertise in contract administration, consultant coordination and BIM management for large scale projects.

Jason has since taken a lead role on the Queen’s University Centre for Innovation and Wellness. His fluency in Revit, OBC requirements, systems coordination and equipment planning are integral to the project’s successful coordination. Jason is heavily involved in the construction phase as a central client-consultant-constructor liaison, conducting field reviews, managing RFIs, drawing sets and change orders. Given his extensive site work on a number of complex P3 projects, Jason has keen eye for identifying potential issues and is able to provide his team with insight as their prevention.

Jason’s work in architecture is informed by his interest in emerging design technologies as well as his skill in visual representation and digital painting. Keen technical and material sensibilities combined with a highly detail oriented approach, make Jason a valuable asset to his project teams.
