Snober Khan

Snober joined Montgomery Sisam in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in green building design and project management. Her previous project experience spans many diverse sectors, including multi-unit residential, educational, commercial, and theatre.

Snober is a strong advocate for environmentally sensitive design. Her design principles focus on energy efficiency in buildings and the human impact on the environment, working to advance the sustainable directives of her projects while meeting the client’s needs and objectives. She also believes that architecture is an art form, and that its expression is manifested in spaces that evoke health, happiness, and hope.

At Montgomery Sisam, Snober is helping manage capital maintenance projects across several City of Toronto long-term care homes, including Fudger House, Cummer Lodge, and Bendale Acres, among others. She is leading an integrated team through all phases of the project, working closely with the client to implement a wide variety of interventions, ranging from interior refreshes to building systems upgrades.

Snober is proficient in several architectural software including Revit and AutoCAD, and is currently working toward her licensure with the OAA. In her spare time, she enjoys painting landscapes and experimenting with different media, helping develop her critical discernment of both natural and man-made environments.
