Pedram joined Montgomery Sisam in 2020 with more than 20 years of professional experience He has worked for several large firms in all phase of project development. His notable projects include a business school, research facility, mixed-use transit hub, two hospital complexes and a series of mass timber residential buildings.
Pedram has since assumed a primary role on the new Fredericton Justice project, working to evolve the building’s architectural expression and public spaces, with a focus on craft and material composition. He has also collaborated on two projects for Amica Seniors Lifestyles, Amica Balmoral and Amica Eglinton, responsible for developing the physical and material expressions of these residences in advance of their SPA submissions. Pedram is hands-on and detail-oriented in his approach to design, documentation and contract administration. And in this way of working, he often brings unique solutions to complex projects.
Pedram is highly skilled in a wide range of modeling, visualization and presentation software. He is also a Revit Architecture 2012 Certified Associate and Professional.
