Sienna North Bay
Natasha first joined Montgomery Sisam as a student intern in 2021. She rejoined the practice in 2022 following the completion of her Master of Architecture with wide ranging experience gleaned from co-op positions at several large architectural offices as well as one of Ontario’s preeminent developers.
Natasha is a hard-working and challenge-driven individual. She transitions easily across projects and adapts easily to new roles and responsibilities. And she has a strong capacity for project coordination, managing many tasks with a high degree of detail within tight timelines. Since her early days at Montgomery Sisam, Natasha has been an integral member of our seniors supportive housing team, contributing to a number of projects for both Sienna Seniors Living and Amica Seniors Lifestyles as well as Extendicare’s new London long-term care home. She also supported the winning DBFM pursuit for CHEO’s 1Door4 Care. Natasha approaches every new opportunity with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Natasha is an impassioned advocate of inclusive design, studying the impacts of the built environment on people with both visible and invisible disabilities. Her thesis looked at ways to improve the experiences of different user groups through holistic neuro-inclusive design. It was recognized by the Centre for Universal Design.
