Meredith Davis joined Montgomery Sisam Architects in 2023, bringing a thoughtful, research-informed approach to practice. Since joining the firm, she has contributed across architecture, marketing, and research departments, demonstrating a rare versatility and a keen collaborative presence.

Her architectural work spans a rich and varied array of projects and multiple projects phases, including concept design, interior detailing, consultant coordination, and contract administration. Meredith is particularly skilled in producing clear, compelling graphics and diagrams that support both design and strategic storytelling – skills she applies when supporting marketing and communications through RFPs, award submissions, and presentations.

Complementing her project work is Meredith’s involvement in Montgomery Sisam’s growing investment in design research. She has helped develop and test protocols for needs assessment, user engagement and post-occupancy evaluation, contributing to several pioneering initiatives in the office. Her ability to engage with people, think critically about their experiences, and document how they interact with space, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, supports thoughtful, forward-looking analysis that informs and enriches practice.

Meredith is known for her string organization, resourcefulness, and ability to navigate complex tasks with commitment and care. She balances multiple teams and timelines with ease, always willing to take on new challenges and learn through collaboration.
