Louise joined Montgomery Sisam in March 2023 with six years industry experience working in both a boutique office and larger studio setting. She has contributed to many different areas of practice from business development, project management and site plan approval through implementation. In recent years, her focus has been in supporting project coordination and contract administration during the later stages of design and construction. Her portfolio includes several major civic, retail and mixed-use residential projects.

Louise is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organization skills who works to understand new concepts quickly and take ownership of critical tasks. She believes in a proactive approach and building an effective, efficient workflow. She has been an integral member of the Chatham-Kent Children’s Treatment Centre team, bringing her extensive experience in interior fit-outs to develop the interior design and millwork, produce documentation and assist in consultant coordination.

Louise has a strong interest in detailing and understanding how they support the execution of a design. She finds delight in seeing these different pieces pulled together to make a complete, cohesive whole that speaks to shared vision and offer a strong user experience. In complement with her professional practice, Louise has produced several award-winning architectural installations for local art festivals and international design competitions.
