Lida Arbabi is a licensed architect and Associate at Montgomery Sisam Architects, with experience spanning high-rise residential, mixed-use development, and seniors’ living, among other sectors. She is proficient across all phases of a project, from planning and design to technical execution, including the successful navigation of municipal and ministry approval processes.
Since joining the firm in 2018, Lida has served as both project architect and project manager on a range of complex expansion, renovation, and new-build initiatives for long-term care and retirement homes. Lida is recognized for her calm, composed approach and strong coordination and facilitation skills. She is deeply committed to building client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and attentiveness to project needs.
