Kyle joined Montgomery Sisam in 2023 as a skilled contract administrator with 20 years’ industry experience. His work spans many different projects, often with complex renovation components, including health and residential care facilities, seniors supportive housing and post-secondary buildings.

Kyle has excellent knowledge of construction processes. He is particularly proficient in assessing constructability challenges and developing well-balanced solutions that address the specific aesthetic, cost, performance and serviceability aims of a project. Kyle was called on to support he Chatham-Kent Children’s treatment centre team develop the envelope and interior detailing. He is currently conducting contract administration for several long-term care projects across Ontario. Kyle firmly believes every new construction offers important lessons to learn and carry forward to future projects.

Kyle is a LEED Green Associate. He has a strong interest in energy performance and the ways in which sustainability targets inform every aspect of design, detailing, specification and implementation.
