Kristin Speth

M.Arch., OAA

Kristin joined Montgomery Sisam in 2016 with extensive experience in all phases of design, presentation and documentation for large-scale development projects across many industry sectors, with a focus on designing for cultural institutions.

Kristin’s previous work organising drawing teams and leading the comprehensive documentation of interiors, including FOH spaces, lobbies, and auditoria, through to completion is of great benefit to her project teams. Building on this experience and leveraging a high proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Kristin has since been producing and coordinating drawings sets from design to construction administration for many complex academic projects, including Carleton University ARISE and the St. Andrew’s College Renovations. Coordinating projects accurately and efficiently is the focus of her BIM development within the office.

A strong interest in fostering community interaction and engagement permeates Kristin’s work. She is deeply invested in the transformation of under-utilized public spaces to support positive, sustainable city-building, promoting not only user relationships with a building but a building’s relationship with the community in which it resides.
