Jeff joined Montgomery Sisam in 2017, highly experienced in providing project and construction management services to residential, commercial and industrial sector clients.

Highly sensitive to project schedule and cost objectives, Jeff offers particular expertise in developing and implementing effective cost and schedule control strategies. His work is largely concentrated in the later phases of a project, taking a lead role in contract administration on a variety of projects, including most notably, the highly complex Queen’s University Centre for Innovation and Wellness.
