She plays an essential role in the firm’s internal operations, supporting the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the office and helping create a welcoming, well‑supported environment for staff and visitors alike.

Colleen is the firm’s first point of contact, connecting prospective clients, consultants, and vendors with the appropriate teams. She provides comprehensive administrative support across the practice, contributing to accounting, business development, office coordination, and inventory management. Colleen also supports project teams by preparing printed materials and drawing sets, assembling sample boards, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining organized archives of contract administration documentation. Colleen is known for her attentiveness, reliability and readiness to help.

Beyond her administrative role, Colleen is an active contributor to Montgomery Sisam’s community and culture. She regularly participates in client‑led and firm‑supported volunteering initiatives. Colleen is also a talented and dedicated artist. While her personal practice focuses on oil painting, she pursues a wide range of creative interests in music and dance.
