Clement Zeng is a Senior Associate at Montgomery Sisam Architects with over 25 years of experience. He brings a unique blend of architectural design, building science, and project management expertise.
Clement joined Montgomery Sisam in 2004 after several years practicing in China. In his initial role as an architectural visualization specialist, he brought advanced expertise in visualization and digital representation to the office. He played a pivotal role in Montgomery Sisam’s early adoption of BIM, including establishing the firm’s first BIM standards. Today, Clement continues to champion emerging technologies that enhance design quality and streamline project delivery. As a founding member of our Technical Committee, his leadership has shaped best practices across the office and contributed to greater efficiency and consistency in project work.
Beyond his technical contributions, Clement is a seasoned project manager whose portfolio includes complex renovations and large-scale developments in healthcare, long-term care, and seniors’ living. He works across all stages of project delivery, excelling at bringing clients, consultants, and constructors together to resolve challenges and maintain momentum. His ability to navigate demanding projects with confidence and clarity underscores his reputation as a trusted project leader.
Clement is a strong advocate for user-centered design, collaborating closely with teams to integrate these principles in alignment with project objectives. He remains actively engaged in industry events and emerging trends, continually pushing for innovation and excellence in practice.
