John joined Montgomery Sisam in May 2017 with broad experience in the AEC industry and a robust understanding of field work and construction coordination. He is very valuable for his unique design sensibilities and facility across a number of digital platforms.
Leveraging his diverse skill set, John has assumed a number of different responsibilities in the office. He helped develop preliminary site plans for a prospective new City of Toronto long-term care development. He managed and coordinated the BIM model and drawings for the pioneering George Street Revitalization initiative. He managed the Dynamo workflow for the Room Data Sheet and Room Templates for this project’s specific output specification development. He also served as a member of the West Park Healthcare Redevelopment team, assisting in the production of contract documents for the new $550 million rehabilitation hospital. John regularly demonstrates an aptitude for breaking down large complex process to efficiently and effectively deliver comprehensive, detail-oriented work.
John has several interests in the field of architecture, from robotics and automation to environmental psychology, adaptive reuse and urban design. Above all, his is committed to understanding and advancing the role of technology in these different areas.
