Presentation Manor is a faith-based retirement residence founded by religious men and women who have always endeavoured to provide compassionate care – mind, body and soul. The 4-storey building features a total of 243 suites apportioned into four interconnected wings with three distinct courtyards. Three of the wings are designated for independent living and one is for assisted living.

In both its plan and its programming, Presentation Manor strives to offer a true sense of community while being attentive to the personal and cultural needs of individual residents.

Engaging residents in an active lifestyle is fundamental to this sense community as is their freedom to interact with others as they please. The brightly lit dining room serves as the building’s nucleus around which a number of shared amenities radiate, including a workshop, aquacise pool, games room, beauty salon and spa, exercise suite, multi-purpose space, and movie theatre. Additional, more intimate lounges, spa facilities, outdoor terraces and prayer rooms are available in each of the residential wings. A large feature chapel too contributes to the sense of community by honouring the spiritual roots of the Manor and primacy of faith in many of its residents’ lives. It supports daily catholic liturgies, inter-denominational worship, memorial services and a variety of other activities.

The Manor also maintains strong connections with the local neighbourhood to offer residents all the opportunities that come with having an urban setting. A series of interconnecting walking paths radiate out from the courtyards to adjoin with the public sidewalks and provide easy access to Providence Healthcare and Warden Subway Station along with a number of parks, public libraries, services centres and retail stores. Not only does this provide greater variety and choice, but supports many residents who were active participants in their ministries and or communities in their continued efforts to volunteer and lead meaningful lives.
