Montgomery Sisam is thrilled to announce that The Rekai Centre at Cherry Place has officially broken ground! On Thursday, January 23rd, 2025, we celebrated the beginning of this incredible 13-storey campus of care that will significantly increase Ontario’s long-term care capacity.
Construction is set to begin in the first quarter of 2025, with an anticipated opening in December 2027. This state-of-the-art facility will offer a wide range of services, including: a dialysis centre, dedicated Alzheimer’s and dementia care, infection control zone, rainbow wing, respite care, and much more.
