We’re delighted to share that our Hamilton Passive House Project at 253 King William Street has been featured in The Globe and Mail. This innovative affordable housing development is a testament to thoughtful design and sustainable construction, and we’re proud of the impact it will have on downtown Hamilton.
The building will offer 24 thoughtfully designed studio-style resident units. The building is equipped with essential services to support its residents, from community spaces to amenities designed for engagement and comfort.
This project has achieved Passive House Certification, a high-performance building standard focused on energy efficiency and is a major step toward creating affordable housing solutions that are both sustainable and community-oriented.
