We’re thrilled to share that Montgomery Sisam Architects has won the WAN Americas 2025 Award in the Residential – Socially Responsible Houses category, for the Durham Modular Transitional Housing project in Beaverton, Ontario.
We are honoured to be recognized for this modular housing project that provides much-needed housing and social service supports to those experiencing homelessness in the rural community of Beaverton.
Powered by solar panels and completely fossil fuel–free, it’s a model for resilient, responsible design.
This is more than a building, it’s a place of hope.
Thank you to WAN Awards Americas for this recognition and to our incredible team here at Montgomery Sisam who helped bring this vision to life.
