We are honoured to share that our Durham Modular Transitional Housing project in Beaverton, Ontario has been featured in the latest issue of Canadian Architect. This issue particularly focuses on non-market and affordable housing.
Titled “Invisible Need, Visible Care,” the article by editor Elsa Lam offers a thoughtful exploration of the design approach and social impact of this vital project, which provides dignified, supportive housing for some of the region’s most vulnerable residents.
The piece appears in the June 2025 digital issue of Canadian Architect (pages 27–30); https://www.canadianarchitect.com/june-2025/ and is also available online:

We extend our sincere thanks to Canadian Architect for recognizing the importance of modular design in addressing urgent housing needs across Canada, and for highlighting our work in this meaningful way.
