Montgomery Sisam is excited to share that Chelsea Gardens Net Zero Affordable Housing has officially achieved ZCB-Design Certification from the Canada Green Building Council.
This 20-storey, zero carbon, highly sustainable residential building will add 200 new affordable rental units to Brampton; helping build a cleaner, more inclusive future for everyone.
Chelsea Gardens is one of 31 visionary projects by Peel Housing Corporation under the 10-year Peel Housing and Homelessness Plan, and part of the region’s ongoing intensification efforts.
