Award Winning Design for Mental Health Care

The Poinciana Rehabilitation Centre in the Cayman Islands has won in the Mental Health Design category at the 2025 European Healthcare Design Awards!

Shortlisted through a highly competitive evaluation, the project advanced to live virtual judging and was then showcased as part of the awards gallery at the 11th European Healthcare Design Congress in London, England in early June.

Members of MSA were honoured to attend the congress in-person and accept the final award on behalf of this transformative project.

Poinciana is a place of dignity, safety, and healing; designed to empower individuals on their recovery journey, surrounded by a pastoral setting that encourages both personal growth and community.

We deeply appreciate this recognition and thankful for the opportunity to design spaces that truly make a difference.
