We are proud to share that Principals Daniel Ling and Kevin Hutchinson were featured this morning, April 11th, on Global News Morning with journalist Candace Daniel.
They discussed the exciting project at 35 Bellevue Avenue in Kensington Market, part of the City of Toronto’s Rapid Housing Initiative – Phase 3. This new development will deliver 78 affordable and supportive homes to the community, an essential step in addressing housing needs in Toronto.
Designed using mass timber construction, the building is targeted to exceed Tier 2 of the Toronto Green Standard v4 and align with the City’s TransformTO Net Zero Strategy.
