An Associate with the firm, Phil is particularly experienced in the functional programming of complex facilities. An integral team member for many of the firm's important healthcare projects, Phil was the project architect for Homewood Health Centre, a private institution providing care for mental health and addiction patients. He has also completed a Master Program and Planning Study for the Child Parent Resource Institute in London Ontario, that provides children’s mental health services as well as contract administration services for the new In Vitro Fertization Clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital. Phil has gained extensive experience in the AFP process as a part of the 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Athletes’ Village Planning, Design and Compliance (PDC) team. Phil is also playing a key role in the development of Humber College's Learning Resource Commons as part of the PDC team. As an Executive of the Toronto Society of Architects, Phil is actively involved and invested in the development of Toronto’s architectural landscape. Phil is on the Toronto Society of Architect’s Guide Map Committee and has been a member of Toronto Mayor David Miller’s, “Roundtable on a Beautiful City”. Phil recently co-authored “A Guidebook to Contemporary Architecture in Toronto”. Education
