Clement T. Zeng

Clement T. Zeng brings international experience to our team. 

Clement gained valuable knowledge as an assistant architect in China. He joined Montgomery Sisam in 2004, becoming an Associate in 2010.

Clement has collaborated on many of the firms residential and Long Term Care projects including the Kipling Acres Redevelopment, Amica Windsor, the Printing Factory Lofts, the Centre for Excellence in Integrated Seniors Services, Toronto’s Ronald McDonald House and Greenway Retirement Community.  He is currently the Project Manager for Amica Swan Lake for Amica Mature Lifestyles.

He has also been responsible for the 3D modeling and rendering of most of the firms major projects and competitions including Don Mount Court Regeneration, Printing Factory Lofts, the Island Yacht Club, the Ontario Mission of the Deaf and the TDSB and TDCSB Joint Use School Study.  These renderings have been very instrumental in developing design concepts, communicating with clients and marketing to prospective end-users.

Clement acts as the BIM (Building Information Modelling) coordinator for the firm.  Clement oversees the majority of our Revit production and shares his depth of knowledge with colleagues, ensuring that all projects are coordinated efficiently.
