“The first LEED® CI Gold certified building for the University of Toronto”
Housed in an existing Art Deco style building constructed in 1931, the Exam Centre created a unique opportunity to rejuvenate and adapt a significant piece of Toronto’s heritage landscape. The first dedicated exam centre in Canada provides a supportive environment for a range of students including those with special needs. The program includes two 300 seat exam rooms, specialized testing rooms and an accessible exam centre. The fully accessible component accommodates 105 stations in private, semi-private and open spaces for those who cannot write exams in a traditional setting.
