Montgomery Sisam is the recipient of the Paul Oberman Award at the 2011 Pug Awards for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Architecture and Design for the Printing Factory Lofts.

Montgomery Sisam is the recipient of the Paul Oberman Award at the 2011 Pug Awards for the Printing Factory Lofts. 

 The residential project which combines the original 1913 three storey factory building with a new eight storey glass tower and new stacked townhouses, was recognized at the 7th Annual People’s Choice Awards for Architecture.

“The Paul Oberman Award celebrates outstanding achievement in the field of architecture and design.  The award recognized the Printing Factory Lofts for inspiring civic beauty, upholding the urban aesthetic and enhancing Toronto’s reputation for creating and maintaining high standards of architectural integrity”

The award honours  excellence in adaptive reuse projects.  Montgomery Sisam recognizes the importance of designing buildings that contribute to the development of healthy communities through respect for context and thoughtful urban design
