Aerial photos track the progress of Tideview Terrace

As featured in the Digby County Courier, aerial photos give us a bird’s eye view of the progress being made at Tideview Terrace.

The home, which is targeting LEED Silver certification, utilizes materials and forms that create a meaningful and contemporary interpretation of local traditions and ways of building.  The lanterns, covered porches, wood-look siding and sloped roofs capture the spirit of a maritime architecture.

The design focuses on the creation of distinct, residentially scaled ‘houses’.  Each house features its own front door entrance from the street, which is given distinction through a tall lantern feature. The ten lanterns and the houses which they herald are distributed around the site with excellent views to the water or to gardens

This project is in joint venture with WHW Architects.
